Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It shows three counters for the selected company.
What the Dashboard shows
Active Tasks
Count of the open tasks you can see: yours and your groups'. Clicking the card opens Tasks, which is the list of those same tasks — the card no longer announces more work than the screen shows you.
Whoever administers the company (Manager, Administrator or Super Admin) sees every task, and therefore reads the company total on the card.
Completed Processes
How many processes have finished among the ones you can see — those you held a task in, or started yourself. It counts finished ones, not running ones. Clicking the card opens Instances, which lists the instances that are still running — that is, precisely what this counter does not count. What has already finished is in the history, inside that same screen.
Whoever administers the company reads the company's total of finished processes here.
Process Definitions
How many distinct processes exist in the company. This is the only one of the three that is still a company-wide number for everyone: it shows what you may start, and starting a process is open to anyone in the company. Republishing a process does not raise the number: each process counts once, at its latest version, however many publications it has had. Clicking the card opens the Process Catalog.
This counter covers processes only: cases — the flexible flows — are not in it.
What the card shows is what you can see, and test runs stay out
The first two counters honour the same visibility as the screens they open — the card's number and the list's number match. The third is company-wide, because it is the catalog of what you may start. Runs marked as tests are left out of the first two counts.
Anyone with Super Admin access sees a different set of cards in their place — tenants, active tenants, running instances and pending tasks across the whole platform.
