First access and login
Reaching the system
Open your browser and go to the URL your administrator gave you (e.g. https://app.flow-iagentic.com.br).
The login screen appears.
Signing in
- Enter your registered e-mail
- Click Continue
- What comes next depends on your company:
- A password field — type your password and click Sign in
- A button named after your provider (e.g. Continue with Entra ID) — your company uses corporate sign-in; click it and you are taken to your own company's authentication screen
If you have no credentials, ask your company's administrator to create your user.
Corporate sign-in (SSO)
When your company configures an identity provider, Flowi recognises it from your email domain and never asks for a password: your identity is checked by your company's own provider, under the same rules you already meet in its other systems — second factor included, if there is one.
Signing in through SSO does not grant access to a company
Authentication proves who you are; it does not decide which companies you take part in. If you sign in and the company list is empty, your account exists but has not been linked yet — ask your administrator to link it.
If you use SSO, your password does not work
Accounts that sign in through the corporate provider have no password in Flowi. Trying to sign in with one fails with the same invalid-credentials message.
Choosing the company (tenant)
If your user belongs to more than one company, after signing in you will see a company selector in the top-right corner. Pick the company you want to work in.
The header shows the name of the selected company. You can switch companies at any time from the same selector.
Choosing the language
In the top-right corner, between the company selector and your avatar, sit three language buttons: PT-BR, EN and ES. The one in use is highlighted, and the choice applies to the whole application — menus, screens, error messages and confirmations.
On first access the system follows the language configured in your browser. After that the choice is saved locally: when you come back, Flowi opens in the last language you picked.
TIP
The language only changes interface text. Content registered by your company — process names, form fields, CMS records — always appears exactly as it was entered.
Choosing the appearance
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and, under Appearance, pick Light, Dark or System.
On System — what Flowi opens with the first time — the platform follows what your computer or phone already uses: if the device switches to dark mode at dusk, the Flowi screen follows immediately, with no need to reload the page. Light and Dark pin the mode, and hold even when the device is set to the other one.
The choice applies only on the device where you made it. That is deliberate: the same person may want light on the office monitor and dark on the laptop at night. A different device, a different browser or a private window starts over on System.
The diagram stays light
On the modelling and monitoring screens, the process drawing keeps a light background even in dark mode. This is intentional: a diagram is a document, the way a PDF stays white in a dark reader, and its colours carry meaning — an error boundary is red, a completed activity is green. Everything around the drawing — menus, panels, lists and dialogs — follows the mode you picked.
In dark mode the drawing shows up as a white sheet framed by the dark screen, with a thin border around it so it reads as a document rather than as a hole in the page. The modeller's XML code editor also stays dark in both modes, for the mirror-image reason: it is a code editor, and its syntax highlighting was built for a dark background.
I forgot my password
Click Forgot your password? on the login screen and enter your e-mail. The platform sends a message with a reset link; open it, choose the new password and sign in with it. The link is valid for 30 minutes and works only once — after that, ask for another from the same screen.
The screen answers the same way in every case — address on file or not, account active or not — precisely so it never confirms to a stranger which e-mails exist here.
Clicking again right away does not send a second e-mail: for one minute the request is accepted quietly and the link already on its way stays valid. That is deliberate, and it cuts both ways: you do not get duplicate messages, and nobody who knows your address can invalidate the link you just received by asking for another. From the fifth request within five minutes the platform stops accepting them; wait a few minutes and try again.
Resetting your password ends your other sessions
Completing the reset closes every open session on your account — your phone, your other browser, the office machine. That is the intent: if you are resetting because you suspect someone got hold of the old password, that session is exactly the one that has to go. Sign in again with the new password wherever you need to.
If the e-mail does not arrive, check your spam folder and the address on file. Failing that, the platform's Super Admin can set a new password for you — your company's administrator does not have that permission.
While you still have access
Changing your password yourself is possible at any time, as long as you know the current one: click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to My Profile → Changing your password.
Ending the session
Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then Sign out.
Heads up
While you are using the platform the session renews itself. After roughly a day without use it expires and the login screen comes back — just sign in again.
